Shipping Policy

Buliya currently delivers orders across India.

Order Processing:
All products are made to order. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Time:
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on the customer’s location, PIN code and courier availability. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days.

Order Tracking:
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to the customer by SMS, email or WhatsApp, wherever available.

Shipping Charges:
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery:
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible PIN codes and orders.

Incorrect Address:
Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address and phone number. Buliya will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information.

Delays:
Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, bad weather, courier issues, high order volume or other circumstances beyond our control.
