Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Eligible BULIYA items may be requested for exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing time can vary. Shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or when the order was incorrect or defective.
